The Mornington Peninsula Leader Newspaper revealed that the Salvation Army had referred the homeless to the Rosebud Foreshore including a mother and her three children who had resided there for seven weeks in a tent. Australian of the year, Lieutenant General, David Morrison was once quoted as saying “The Standard You Walk By Is The Standard That You Accept” and he should know. Then we have the Commander of the Salvation Army, Brendan Nottle, what of his standards? The recent revelation that the Salvation Army are supplying the homeless with tents and primus gas stoves, then referring them to the Rosebud Foreshore Camping Grounds, defy’s belief! I rang a friend of mine who has had many dealings with the homeless and those suffering from Mental Health ailments, Mr Andrew Klein and we decided we would both go down to Rosebud and have a look first hand. On Thursday 27th April Andrew and i ventured down to Rosebud and found the camping grounds empty, bar one or two caravans still packing to leave the site as it shuts down on the 30th April. We noticed a blue tarp popping out of some bushes and on further investigation we came across a tent, surrounded by shrubs with a Blue Tarp covering the roof for extra protection. 
I approached the tent and called out if there was anybody inside and was greeted by a lady and her partner who introduced themselves as Deb and Rod, (names changed to protect). Deb told Andrew and i that she had been referred to the Rosebud Foreshore by PYFS, Peninsula Youth Family Services, a service provided by the Salvation Army! Deb went on to tell us that she is a former State Ward and had fallen into homeless after being discharged from her wardship at age 18. Thrown onto the street by the government, just as thousands of other State Wards were, and left to fend for herself. Deb and Rod also stated that PYFS had told them that they would be able to camp there for no fee as camping ground was closing over winter. Once they arrived they learnt that they would have to pay $110 a week if they wanted a powered site and given it was 10 degrees outside, Deb and Rod had no choice other than pay for a powered site for heating etc,etc. Thats two thirds of Deb’s newstart allowance, leaving very little for food, prescriptions etc. Rod tells us that because of his drug addiction, (currently on methadone) he cannot receive newstart allowance as he is unfit for work but not unfit enough to receive disability or sickness allowance. The couple go on to tell us that they are freezing cold at night and are constantly killing spiders and other bugs. I told Deb i would return the next day, 28th, with a heater that would be safe for them to use in tent. I rang Deb on the 28th to let her know i was on my way and was told that she had already gone out and brought one for $15 to which i replied “How are you for food”? Deb answered she was fine and did’nt need any help and she also stated she has trouble asking anyone for help. I could’nt help but think that someone had a word to her regarding her stay on foreshore. I wonder how much, if any, money has changed hands between the Rosebud Shire Council and the Salvation Army? Are we seeing another Camp Pell being erected at Rosebud? The Salvation Army are gifted millions and millions by our government and bequeths yet the best that Brendan Nottle can come up with, “The Standard That He Accepts” is a tent and three hail mary’s! Thank God For The Salvo’s!

I know this situation of homelessness very well myself. I have camped at the Rosebud Foreshore on several occasions after being defrauded of being able to live on either of the 2 properties I purchased in Queensland https://escapingritualabuseinaustralia.com/2016/09/02/government-persecution-of-satanic-ritual-abuse-escapees-fraud-and-theft/ I was trying to find some sort of work, although I have permanent Spine injuries i wanted to find some sort of work I might be able to do.
I first fell into this forced homelessness in early 1990s due to outrageous corruption.
During one of my stints camping at Rosebud, I came across a young mother with 3 young children, so I directed her to the Salvo’s but they told her they cannot assist her in any way. This family was living in a car and i shouted them a meal that night and gave the mother my phone number in case she wanted me to help further but I did not hear from her. As far as I know she went somewhere else to try to find some help.
I have camped all over the East coast and inland and have come across thousands of homeless people in Australia, some in cars, some on foot with nothing but a small bag, some in caravans. The homeless are of all ages, including very elderly people and our Govt’s and societies have effectively written them off.
On occasions over the years of homelessness i rented small houses, flats etc but could not find any work in areas with affordable rent. This was some time ago and these days rents have soared, rendering most people unable to afford the rentals, hence homelessness keeps growing rapidly.
I was renting a caravan park donga at Wonthaggi Vic in 2004 when i met Renée and quickly realised she was in huge trouble with her former family and associates, so i helped her escape from her terrible situation. We have both been in and out of homelessness since 2004 and further corruption issues arose due to Renée situation as a whole of childhood and well into adulthood victim of extreme crime of CSA & SRA.

I can’t empathise this strongly enough as my father’s biological side of ex family were salvationists, pretending to be good upright citizens by day and satanists/devil worshippers by night.
I need to say that I feel very sorry for genuine decent people working for the salvos who are not involved in the salvos disgraceful behaviour and do not know the truth about the organisation they work for.
The salvos are truly disgusting, they have NEVER been a christian church, they are an organisation solely for the purpose to take children from parents to sex traffic and have ALWAYS worked with governments receiving money to traffic small babies/children, use children in both live snuff and porno/snuff movies, drug experimentation (government funded through our Public Medical Systems/Hospitals) and obscene breeding experimental treatments for teenagers which include beastiality…etc.
Doing all this whilst pretending to be good christians ….hence all the abuses and disappearances of babies/children and teenagers in their government funded ‘Care’ Homes !!!
I am saddened that this woman still has the stigma of unworthiness to even ask for help, the usual legacy of adults who have endured and survived ALL forms of child abuse. I sincerely hope that she and her friend comes across another good hearted person and can accept genuine help.
I know for a fact that there are a huge amount of empty houses in Australia, but due to the gross deficiencies of governments under a Capitalistic system, continue failing to deal with chronic homelessness and the fundamental needs of human beings, especially those who have already been crushed.
